The Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) is intended to foster on-going cooperation and coordination between the two municipalities and establish a framework for subdivision and development application referral requirements within the agreed to planning area. It also provides a means to address conflict resolution between the two municipalities, and provides a forum for discussing planning matters of joint planning interest within the planning area THEREFORE, TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Municipal District of Taber will be holding a public hearing for proposed Bylaw 1924 to consider adopting the proposed Municipal District of Taber and Cypress County Intermunicipal Development Plan at 1:00 p.m., June 26, 2018 Municipal District of Taber Council Chambers 4900B 50 Street Taber, AB AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT anyone wishing to make a presentation to the Council of the Municipal District of Taber regarding the proposed plan and adopting bylaw should, irn writing, notify the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipal District of Taber no later than noon on the 21th day of June, 2018. Both written and/or verbal presentations may be given at the public hearing A copy of the proposed IDP and bylaw may be inspected at the Municipal District of Taber office during normal business hours.
